HOME \ HIGH SCHOOL - REGISTRATION  
REGISTRATION

Applicants must meet the following scholastic criteria to be considered for acceptance into the program:

  • A minimum C average on all academic courses
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Excellent work habits; and
  • Letter of recommendation (from school and soccer coach)

To guarantee your placement for the 2007/08 school year, registration information must be received by July 29, 2007.
Registrations received after this date will be placed if space is available.

 

Please forward your completed registration form, letters of recommendation (from previous school and soccer coach), school transcripts (if new to Burnaby Central Secondary School) along with a deposit of $487.50 and six post- dated cheques for $250.00 each (dated September 1, October 1, November 1, December 1, February 1 and March 1, payable to Play Active School Soccer (P.A.S.S.) to:

Refund Policy
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, written notification must be received 30 days prior to the start of the
school year. A $100.00 administration fee will be charged on all refunds. There will be no refunds after the program
has started.
